Company Overview
At Partnership Community Health Center Inc. (PCHC), our mission is to improve the health status of the medically under served by providing comprehensive primary care services.

Founded as a free clinic in 1997 as Fox Cities Community Health Center, the PCHC has grown into a full service medical provider for patients living in Outagamie, Winnebago, and Calumet counties in central Wisconsin. The clinic, located in Menasha, WI had over 21,000 visits last year and continues to grow as the needs of its patients grow.

PCHC opened its dental clinic in January 2009 with one full-time dentist and hygenist. Today, the health center has grown to provide three dentists and a full staff of hygenists, assistants, and support members. In 2009, the dental team at PCHC saw over 4,000 patients from the tri-county area and will continue to grow as the need for affordable care continues to soar.
