Evergreen Retirement Community is pleased that we have transitioned to in-house therapy services. We are currently seeking a Occupational Therapist Assistant to help us provide therapy services to our residents on a PRN basis.

Evergreen is a non-profit senior living organization serving older adults ages 55 and better. Located in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Oshkosh, Evergreen offers many options to meet unique needs.

• Three styles of independent living accommodations
• Two levels of assisted living plus memory care
• Short-term rehabilitation and post-surgical care
• Long-term skilled nursing
• Evergreen At Home personal care and homemaker services

This position is PRN coverage for time off. Wage is $25-28 (based on experience)

• has the ability to engage people, especially older adults
• is flexible and adaptable

Candidate must have:

• Valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapist Assistant License
